Synopsis:

Input byte.

Operation:

Rt = IO[Ra+offset]

Description:

This instruction inputs a byte from an I/O port using register indirect with displacement addressing and places the result in a general purpose register. The byte is zero extended to 64 bits before being loaded into the register.
