Synopsis:

Rotate register left.

Operation:

Rt = Ra << Rb

Description:

This instruction rotates a general purpose register left the number of bits specified in a second general purpose register and places the result in a general purpose register. Only the low order six bits of Rb are significant. This instruction will not cause any exceptions.
